
Scott D. Caldwell was born October 13, 1972, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He received a Bachelor’s degree in music education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1996. While at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, he was an exchange student at the Sorbonne and Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, France, and became fluent in French. He has been traveling in France and Western Europe for over 12 years, and is well versed in her customs and culture.
Scott received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. While at the University of Oklahoma, he completed legal studies at Queen’s College in Oxford, England. Scott is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
He became a legal intern for Doug Shelton in 1999, and subsequently other insurance defense firms. Over the next 10 years, Scott worked extensively on the following types of insurance defense and subrogation cases:

When he is not practicing law, Scott enjoys traveling, and scuba diving.
